2. Processing Time

All items are ready to ship. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Time & Rates

Estimated delivery times:

– Within the UAE: 3–5 business days

– International: 7–14 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unforeseen courier issues.
