We specialize in handcrafted Indian products made by skilled artisans across India. Our collections include home décor, kitchenware, clothing, jewelry, rugs, bags, and more. Each item is rooted in traditional craft and cultural heritage.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every product at The Craft Safari is handmade using traditional techniques like block printing, handloom weaving, pottery, brass work, and embroidery. Slight variations are part of their authentic charm.

Are your products ready to ship?

Yes. All our products are in stock and ready to ship unless clearly stated otherwise.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items are one-of-a-kind or made in small batches. If an item is out of stock, it may not return. However, you can contact us to check if a restock is planned.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from the UAE. Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days within the UAE and 7–14 business days for international orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if something is wrong. Send photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

We do not offer refunds. However, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s unused and in original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

Contact us within 3 days with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or store credit.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can shop as a guest, but we recommend creating an account to track orders, save addresses, and manage your preferences.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Are the artisans fairly paid?

Yes. Supporting artisans is the core of our mission. We work directly or through trusted partners to ensure fair wages and ethical working conditions.

How do you source your products?

We travel across India and work with clusters, cooperatives, and craft entrepreneurs who specialize in traditional Indian techniques like Madhubani art, Dhokra metalwork, handloom weaving, and more.

Product Care & Materials

Are your products eco-friendly?

Many of our products are made using natural dyes, recycled materials, and traditional low-waste techniques. We prioritize sustainable practices wherever possible.

How do I care for handcrafted products?

Each item may vary. We include care instructions on the product page, but in general, avoid machine washing handmade textiles, and keep brass or copper away from water to prevent tarnishing.

Are colors and sizes accurate?

Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur. These are part of what make each piece unique.

Gifting & Packaging

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. You can request gift wrapping during checkout. We also include artisan story cards in many of our products, which make your gift even more meaningful.
