At The Craft Safari, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. As each item is carefully handmade, slight variations are natural and part of their unique beauty.

2. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only, no refunds.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is:

– Unused and in its original condition

– Returned with original packaging and tags

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@thecraftsafari.shop with your order number and reason for exchange.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are **not eligible** for exchange:

– Sale or discounted items

– Personalized or customized items

– Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly by offering an exchange or store credit.

6. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request. Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
